2020 forced the world to pause. The pause created space in our lives, and we now have the opportunity to intentionally decide what can fill our space and what must stay out. This experience will hone in on the throat chakra, which is ruled by the elements of space and vibration. In order for your creative ideas to manifest, there must be a way to give them a voice, and this is the work of the throat chakra. A harmonious throat chakra includes self-expression, manifestation, empathetic listening, authenticity, and purpose. Encompassing Human Design, life + mindset coaching, yoga classes, meditation, chanting, journaling, breathwork, hiking, and down-time to enjoy the beauty of Sedona at your leisure, this experience will help you develop skills in reflection, listening, sharing, embodiment, and trust.

This is a self-work weekend where you will be investing in yourself through deep work.

• Twice daily yoga, meditation, and/or coaching sessions

Special early-bird pricing of $150 off the total price when you place your deposit on or before August 27!

Once you place your deposit, we will email you to learn your boarding preference. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deposit is refundable on or before August 27. You will be sent an invoice with the remaining balance, which is due by October 16.
